The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Miami Beach is master Italian architect Piero Lissoni’s first architectural project in the U.S. and are being designed in collaboration with award-winning Miami architecture firm ADD Inc. This expansive, amenity-rich property will feature gardens, pools, entertainment spaces and a private marina for 111 condominium residences and 15 single-family villas. The two-to-five-bedroom homes range in size from 1,700 to over 10,000 square feet, in a selection of 60 unique floor plans, with striking interiors also custom-designed by Lissoni Associati. The Residences are priced from $2 million to over $40 million and are scheduled to be completed in 2016.

Lionheart Nica is a subsidiary of Miami-based Lionheart Capital and focuses on the sustainable development of hotels, resorts and real estate in Nicaragua. Lionheart Nica is the exclusive partner in Nicaragua of Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas, a Bangkok and New York-based luxury hotel, spa and residences management company that was recently acquired by US-based private equity fund manager Pegasus Capital Advisors. Lionheart Nica is currently transforming Aqua Wellness Resort, a barefoot-luxury beach resort on Nicaragua’s Emerald Coast, into Six Senses Nicaragua.

Acquired a 4.5-acre oceanfront land parcel in Pompano Beach, Florida. Lionheart Capital is in the final stages of securing site plan approval to develop two luxury-branded condominium towers compromised of 234 units. The property will feature 450,000 sellable square feet, a destination spa, signature restaurant and private marina.

Successfully developed the ultra-luxury Hotel Le Sereno in St. Barths.

Designed by famed Parisian architect Christian Liaigre, Le Sereno has earned the reputation as the most stylish and private sanctuary among a select group of St. Barths hotels.

A Flawless Diamond in St. Barths

Set on Grand Cul-de-Sac beach, this luxury, beachfront resort on the exclusive island of St. Barths was designed by famed Parisian architect Christian Liaigre. Le Soreno is located on the east end of the island along 600 feet of beach, on picturesque Grand Cul-de-Sac, with 37 exquisitely furnished suites and 3 villas.

Developed The Meridian, designed by renowned architects Bernard Zyscovich and Alison Spear. Zyscovich designed the 6-story, 111-unit building and spear head-shaped contemporary sculpture that undulated along a full block facing the Miami Beach Botanical Garden and Miami Beach Golf Club. The $42 million condominium opened in June 2005 and earned the ‘Historical Preservation Award’ from the Miami Design Preservation League.


Developed The Sonesta Bayfront Hotel, a $70 million, 224-unit condominium located in Coconut Grove overlooking Biscayne Bay, which includes a large commercial space component. Adjacent to the Mutiny Condo Hotel in Coconut Grove, this development opened under the renowned Sonesta Hotel and Resorts flag. 

Completed on time and under budget, The Sonesta remains one of the most successful condo-hotel developments in the country.

Successfully redeveloped The Mutiny, a $40 million, 172-unit luxury condo-hotel in Coconut Grove, Florida. This development was the first luxury condo-hotel in South Florida and ignited a tremendous wave of condo-hotels throughout the area. It earned a ‘BEST’ Award from the Building Industry Association of South Florida.
