In June 2010, Lionheart, in partnership with Elliott Management Corporation, closed the record setting $120 million bulk purchase of the remaining inventory at 2700 North Ocean. The property converted to The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Singer Island, Palm Beach on November 1, 2011.
